THIS WEEKS QUESTION:
“I have a question, If we have more than one thing we're attracting, should we break it up into focus sessions through out the day for example, I would like to attract real estate success, as well as a nice new home & a relationship, do I do one a day or a little of each each day or just one visualization with all things at once.”
Do both. Just as we think about our lives now – we usually stream our thoughts about our day together but then focus on certain areas at times where it makes sense. A suggestion I would make is to take some time when you wake up in the morning and before you go to bed and imagine your life as a whole – what would a regular, ‘perfect’ day look like, feel like? Get fired up about that – fantasize every element and feel it – really, really feel it.
Then, during the day – certain activities or stimulus will trigger you to think about the individual aspects of what you want to attract. (You drive around a nice neighbourhood –fantasize about the house you like best; you see an attractive person – fantasize about what qualities you want in your relationship; you’re hard at work in real estate – fantasize about what the perfect work situation would be like.)
Do what feels best to you! There are no rules!!
